Based in Columbus, Ohio, Dania is a copywriter with an optimistic, can-do attitude. A Texas native, Allison is a communications professional with more than 15 years’ experience in communication strategy in both corporate and start-up settings. Allison is passionate about creating and building community, and serves with local non-profits, leads a small group at her church, hosts a book club and is active in women’s leadership organizations. Allison graduated with her B.S. in Integrated Marketing Communication from Abilene Christian University, and lives with her husband Eric and their two children in Murfreesboro, TN. In her free time, she loves hiking with her family and their dog, Shady, as well as gardening, reading and going on date nights to try new Nashville restaurants.
Amanda Loeffler has worked in paid search marketing for 4 years with the majority of her career being spent on the agency-side. She has managed campaigns for a variety of brands including, Galderma, Say Insurance, Campbells Soup, United Vanlines/Mayflower and Google. Her love of digital marketing is fueled by a passion for problem solving and an obsession with excel and data analysis.
Amanda holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism with minors in Music and Spanish from the University of Memphis. She resides in St. Louis, MO with her husband, Craig, and adorable dog, Zuko. When she is not working, she is likely reading, binge watching Netflix or teaching music.

After graduating from Liberty University with a degree in Broadcast Journalism, Lena moved back to her hometown in New Hampshire to work as a communications director at a local non-profit. She now lives in Pennsylvania with her husband where she is building her own media business. Though a news writer by education, Lena is a creative soul who loves classic literature, playing the piano and a good discussion over a cup of tea.
Ali is a Graphic Designer who is fresh in the field and into a little bit of everything. Since graduating from NC State University with a BA in Graphic Design, she has had the opportunity to work on projects ranging from branding and packaging to website design. There is a special place in her heart for beautiful typography and white space. She will always carry those elements with her.
In her free time she loves exploring the lovely city of Raleigh with gusto and energy…or staying in and curling up on the couch with an abundance of movies, books, and popcorn.

But she also owned a successful precious metal recycling business and was once a flight attendant. Her unique background means our clients get more than engaging words; they get the strategy behind it. Rebekah graduated from the University of Memphis with a Masters in English. And she lives in Olive Branch, Mississippi with her husband and (really big) dog.
Madison Church is our Marketing Coordinator, which means she gets to have her hands in a little bit of everything (just the way she likes it!). After graduating from Davidson College she worked in marketing and event coordination for a local brick-and-mortar shop. Madison joined the Well Refined team shortly after moving to the Triangle. While she spends some time working with our clients on copywriting and project management, she’s a true email marketing and marketing automation nerd at heart. On any given day, you can catch her watching Gilmore Girls or Grey’s Anatomy with a glass of wine and a notebook full of color-coordinated lists within arms reach.
JoAnna Brown is a PR-marketing specialist with more than a decade of experience. After graduating from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.A. in Public Relations, she started her marketing career in 2006.
She has worked with a wide variety of national consumer clients, garnering expertise in media relations, event management, influencer and social media marketing, and sales/marketing collateral development. JoAnna lives in Atlanta, Georgia with her husband and three sons.
Jeff has worked in digital marketing and production for 10 years. He has served in various industries such as consumer products, mobile applications, education, and healthcare.
He has held roles in digital strategy, marketing, brand development and product management. He has an enthusiasm for making ideas happen and solving complex businesses problems. He has created and led numerous campaigns and productions for brands including Nike, Volkswagen, Doritos and HBO. His digital marketing experience has included developing campaigns for brands such as Full Sail University and Vanderbilt.
